Training

You’ve got desire to have happiness and peace in your life.  You’re even willing to do whatever it takes to have that peace.  The way to make it a reality in your life is through discipline and focus.

I have designed three forms of training for my clients:

1.  Star Sessions Life Purpose Training.  Figure out why you are here and what glorious purpose you have to live for.  This purpose gets you out of bed each morning with joy!  Star Session will take you from purpose to right thought to action, and you’ll begin to see amazing positive changes in your life.

2.  Physical Fitness Training.  The cornerstone of mental discipline is a physical fitness regimen.  Your body is a great teaching device for your mind.  By training with Sean Mulvihill, an AFAA-certified Fitness Trainer, you’ll begin to find the mental strength, energy, and clarity that it takes to be happy.

3.  Relaxation Training.  This comes in many forms: listening to or creating music or art, laughter, yoga, vacations, retreats, meditation, and more.  Check the calendar for all kinds of events and relaxing content from Hollywood Happiness.
