We spent most of the meeting today coming up with a unified mission statement that all present had a hand in creating. We will revisit this from time to time, but now we a have a jumpstart on what we’re about. This is the cornerstone of the building — now it is time to make some projects!!!!! Stay tuned for next month’s production meeting date, where we will actually start to schedule work on some productions!

I like it a lot. Let’s get started. I want to start filling up my calendar with some dates so that there aren’t conflicts as much as possible. I think we should connect again in two weeks or so and discuss project ideas in more detail so that we can really dialogue about the full spectrum of ideas as well as marketability, and initial roles for each person, etc.
